Welcome to YCCC!

Yolo Community Care Continuum is a 501(c)3, tax exempt nonprofit organization established to better the lives of people with mental illness through direct services, advocacy, education and volunteer efforts. Yolo Community Care Continuum strives to excel as a dynamic presence in our community. Our goal is to provide client driven services which assist people to attain the highest level of mental health possible.

Events: Davis Food Co-op & YCCC join together for Wine Tasting every Friday from January through March starting after the new year. February 5th will feature a Wine Tasting from 6-8 pm. Bring your friends to taste an array of beers; proceeds benefit YCCC programs.

First Poker Night & Jewelry Exchange Fundraiser was a Success! We would like to thank all of our guests, volunteers, sponsors and generous donors in helping us make our first hand at poker a fabulous fundraiser. Ladies & Lads Poker Night & Jewelry Exchange event! Sponsors: Davis Waste Removal, Davis Odd Fellows Lodge, Davis Rebekah Lodge, Olson, Hagel, & Fishburn, LLP,& King Properties Inc.. We would like to also thank our Board of Directors for spending hundreds of hours working on this event. A special thanks to Board Member Teena Hosey, LCSW for spearheading this event with her creative ideas and fantastic "can do" attitude! Thanks everyone!
