YCCC raises funds at the Human Race
YCCC participated in the Human Race held in Woodland on May 16, 2000. YCCC's participation was organized by Representative Payee Assistant, Tuki Tibbs. This four mile fun run-walk-roller blade event was used to raise funds for constructing a new Safe harbor building. Many YCCC staff participated in this event. Farmhouse staff Eric Crawford won second place in the roller blading catagory. He would have won first place, but he was body slammed at the finish line by a ten-year-old. Safe Harbor's Michele Kellogg and Haven House's Lynne Archangel ran the race. Administrative staff Debbie Gravink, Tuki Tibbs, and Kate Hutchinson, and Farmhouse Director Jennifer Frei walked.
